A Winnipeg summer tradition since the 1970’s Ballet in the Park is the Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s gift to its city. The shows have continuously attracted thousands of Manitobans along with summer tourists each year. In 2010, this RWB summer tradition marks the start of the 40th Anniversary of the RWB School Professional Division.
Held at the Lyric Theatre in Assiniboine Park, the show features a mixed repertoire of works showcasing dancers from the RWB School Professional Division, with special appearances, as scheduling permits, of the RWB Company and RWB School Recreational Division.
